Deep Sky Derelicts Download] [Xforce]

Updated: Mar 9, 2020

About This Game In a grim dystopian future, where mankind has scattered across the galaxy and the human society has split into two distinct classes, you are a poor stateless outcast forced to live off scraps from derelict alien stations and ships in the outer space, yet you dream of becoming a privileged citizen and living on the surface of a habitable planet, enjoying non-synthetic air, water and food. A fabled alien derelict ship somewhere within the Deep Sky sector of space is your voucher for a citizenship and a promise of cozy life on a hospitable planet.Build and control a squad of up to three mercenary characters and set on to explore derelict ships within your reach from the scavenger's base. Searching the derelicts for loot and clues, you come across many friendly inhabitants and traders, but more often – various enemies. Challenge and defeat them in tactical turn-based fights, where randomly-drawn cards form your changing arsenal of combat actions, gain experience for yourself and your crew, loot dead bodies, resupply and upgrade once back at your base. The scavenger's home ship gives you the opportunity to heal and level-up your mercenaries, recruit new ones, equip them, upgrade their gear or recharge energy for life support during missions.Key Features:Fresh take on turn-based combat with cards Refined sci-fi comic book look & feel Endless customization options for characters and scavenging teamsHigh replay value thanks to procedural generation of content Story of the human society divided within a dystopian universe Two game modes: story and arena b4d347fde0 Title: Deep Sky DerelictsGenre: Indie, RPG, StrategyDeveloper:Snowhound GamesPublisher:1C EntertainmentFranchise:1CRelease Date: 26 Sep, 2018 Deep Sky Derelicts Download] [Xforce] Picked up the game with the DLC, overall its been a fun experience. However, I've run into a game breaking bug that I have not found a solution to. Scanner map screen becomes non-interactable and all of my quickslot items on the left-side bar disappeared on two separate playthroughs (being able to create multiple save points within the same campaign would solve this problem). Cannot move or leave the derelict. Reloading my save does nothing. The frequency with which this bug occurs makes the game unplayable and therefore I cannot recommend in the current state.. Did you ever want a dungeon crawler like Darkest Dungeon, but couldn't get over the dread, ailments and difficulty?Did you ever want a card game like Slay The Spire, but wanted more party members in classic JRPG combat phases?Did you want that in a sci-fi setting? With added Mignola-esque artwork? And RPG elements along with loot and inventory?Well, this is a must play.. CTD on startup, only game that's never worked on steam for me.. the new "DLC - new prospects" should be a free update for the original game.the devs rip-off their customers and try to do quick money with no effort.in general DSD is a good game, but i cant support this kind of dlc-scam anymore.... The base game is obviously incomplete, but the devs released a 7 EUR DLC. I have no idea what the DLC does or if it addresses any of the problems in the base game, but this move seems like a ripoff. The base game per se is decent enough, but nowhere near Slay the Spire or Darkest Dungeon. It does have nice visuals, but the gameplay tends to get a bit repetitive and unrewarding. imho, it does not worth the full price.. Many reviewers call Deep Sky Dereicts "Darkest Dungeon in space". These reviewers are all wrong.DSD and DD share the same genre, they kind of resemble each other visually, but they have very little in common gameplay-wise. DD is a sadistically hard, moody, unmercifully long game designed to make the player be very careful, because any mistake (or just a bad dice roll) could mean total party kill. DD, on the other hand, is short, entertaining, and pretty easy. Cleaning the derelicts feels like a routine work, not an expedition to hell's maw. You can hire additional party members, but the achievement for doing so is one of the rarest, because you don't need to: without permadeath, you're likely to end the game with the same party you start it with. The mood is different too: while DD was a horror story, dealing with both cosmic existential dread and moment-to-moment visceral fear, DSD feels like it came from the pages of a pulp magazine called something like "Astounding Stories of Super-Science". DD and DSD are booth good games, each with its own strong and weak sides. DSD is unlikely to enjoy the cult status of DD, but it can give you a couple of entertaining evenings.
